Awakening Psychosis

Most of us will experience at least one frustrating day in our lifetime. Sometimes we get muddled and talk to ourselves, and sometimes blow up in a fury. Having a foggy brain happens when energy builds up. The need for release is real.

Displaying odd behaviors or dramatic emotions can cause conflict in our relationships. Our sudden desire for solitude can raise questions to those close to us. Their concern for our well being is appreciated but easily misunderstood.

Psychosis is a condition that affects the way our brain processes information. This is also true for a spiritual or kundalini awakening. This makes sense because, during these, we go through a rebirth process.

Psychospiritual Crisis

Normally, we conform to the elements of our childhood conditioning. We live in a framework of social history and are expected to identify with it. Having a spiritual crisis leads to profound spiritual change, but also a significant psychological change. We alter our whole life’s perception.

A spiritual awakening is difficult and impossible for others to understand. We question our reality and ponder the meaning of life. Confronted with life lessons we release trapped emotions. This helps to facilitate our rebirth but also changes the way we think and feel.

The confusion of having access to expanded psychological material can interfere with normal daily functions. Reconfiguring our thought process adds further confusion. This intense state of fear can manifest bizarre behaviors:

  • unusual thoughts
  • sensory changes
  • psychic gifts
  • communication with spirit guides
  • dark night of the soul
  • past life experiences
  • increased synchronicity

Healing opportunities will be compromised with unnecessary psychiatric treatment. Personal development can’t be achieved with the lack of acknowledging spiritual growth. Having a positive context during this transition supports achieving higher consciousness.

A spiritual awakening isn’t a one-time event, it’s an ongoing process highly unique to each individual. Although it’s confusing and heavy, it’s also an extremely powerful experience that shapes us in amazing ways.

Kundalini Psychosis

“When you succeed in awakening the kundalini, so that it starts to move out of its mere potentiality, you necessarily start a world which is totally different than our world. It is a world of eternity.”

Dr. Carl Jung, 1975

At the center of the base of our spinal column, we have a dormant life force energy. This additional chakra to the commonly known seven chakras holds the power to transform the body on a cellular level. This process marks a journey to enlightenment.

Awakening this powerful energy clears blockages in each chakra as it travels up the spine. The central nervous system throws off stress which causes pain. As the stuck energies are removed, repressed situations surface resulting in physical and psychological changes:

  • anxiety
  • fear
  • anger
  • jerking
  • tingling
  • hyperactivity
  • mood swings
  • involuntary chanting
  • involuntary movements
  • increased libido

The kundalini experience allows us to go beyond the limitations of the mind. A kundalini awakening includes parapsychological symptoms:

  • perceptions of lights/geometric shapes
  • seeing entities
  • visions of other lifetimes
  • hearing beyond normal auditory abilities
  • healing abilities
  • precognition

A kundalini awakening results in a dynamic mind transformation. With this alchemic phenomenon we achieve:

  • expanded mental awareness
  • expanded knowledge
  • deep peace
  • inner essence
  • increased vitality

The trigger for a kundalini rising isn’t always on purpose. Awakening the kundalini energy without the direction of an experienced guru is highly dangerous and ill-advised.

Important to Differentiate

We recognize psychosis as a mental disorder causing one to lose contact with reality. Throughout history, certain cultures practice mystical and altered states that are beneficial, but also fall in the category of pathological.

Normal states of waking consciousness are defined in western medicine with standard qualities. When we transcend into awakening we receive information from other dimensions of existence and thus, live in two realities.

While psychosis and the spiritual transformation process are incredibly similar, spiritual experiences are essential to the psyche rather than destructive psychopathology. The symptoms are simply not understood in relation to the outcome.

Is Something Haunting You?

At one point we probably had fun exploring the darker side of the other-worldly. Halloween especially is the optimum time to get together with a group to tell ghost stories or visit a haunted house. The thrill of this is for entertainment…to a point. What happens when we open our minds to the possibility that these scare tactics aren’t just for a trick or treat? Is something haunting you?

Our obliviation leaves us vulnerable to paranormal and mystical attachments. Sometimes the things that go bump in the night want to get to know us.

Do you Believe in (Black) Magick?

The art of practicing magick has been around since, forever. Practicing magick has become increasingly popular. More witches are coming out of the broom closet. Living in the era of awakening is synonymous with acknowledging our magickal gifts.

Being a witch isn’t like the storybooks depict. Can I turn someone into a frog? Probably not. The worst I’m guilty of is sending a jinx. But throwing dumb-luck someone’s way is mild compared to stirring the cauldron with the crones.

Any ill-willed jerk with $30 can locate a spell caster to do their dirty work. Countless magicians with a diablerie craft are willing to wreak havoc on someone’s personal effects. Misfortune can be wished our way without us being aware.

Also, enchanters all over the world share magickal rituals as solutions for seemingly every problem. Practicing magick is deeply spiritual and incredibly fun. The first taste of mysticism is addicting and triggers the magick awakening.

Performing magick from an egoist or scorned view can be dangerous.

If we aren’t responsible, deceptive spirits can enter with malicious intent. Cooperating with dark spirits is frowned upon, but the dark arts have been choreographing unfortunate endeavors longer than we’ve been here.

Is Baneful Energy Haunting You?

The fact is that physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual influence us. Ultimately, this can cause health imbalances. What’s more, it interferes with alignment to our spiritual powers.

  • work environment
  • personal life
  • being exposed to intense emotional energy
  • environmental sources like toxins, sounds, & chemicals

Repressed dark characteristics can subconsciously attract this type of energy.

Are Negative Thought Forms Haunting You?

Thoughtforms are not actual spirits but temporary beings created in the etheric plane. They survive by feeding off the same frequency that created them.

Since like attracts like, having an aura full of negativity is calling out for more. Once they attach to their host, they induce the thoughts that will feed them.

Is Something Haunting You?

Any distinct thing that seems to have a form of existence is an entity. Paranormal experts use “entity” because aside from the fact that they exist, not much is known about them.

Beings that have a different level of consciousness interact with us all the time. These entities can be from this plane, upper or lower planes, any dimension, or even a different galaxy. Contact with entities range in reasons:

  • a spirit from a past life connection with unresolved issues
  • a traumatized soul in search of comfort
  • a spirit who is lost and seeking direction
  • a negative spirit who’s goal is to stop our spiritual growth
  • intercourse with someone that has an entity attachment

Usually, most people with entities are unaware of the attachment and live their entire lives with them. It’s common for young children, the elderly and animals have entity attachments.

Entities feel threatened and become more active when we begin a spiritual practice. They can jump from one person to the other by close contacts such as hugging or sex.

Attachment spirits refuse to surrender to the death experience. They search for someone vulnerable to attach to. Openings in the energetic field are opportunities for an entity to attach.

Ongoing anger, resentment, and bitterness can attract lower vibing entities. Not to mention, violence, drugs, and alcohol weaken the aura.

Living with an entity mimics those of the entity. Eventually, we start owning its energy and behave out of character.

We assume responsibility for disturbing thoughts and will experience undesired emotional responses. We can mistakenly live life powerless and unaware of dark manipulation.

Definitely, any spiritual attachment of malevolent intent likely prey on highly impressionable individuals.

Signs of a Negative Attachment

  • self-sabotage
  • chronic fatigue
  • sudden onset of aches and pains
  • insomnia
  • suicidal thoughts or behaviors
  • personality changes
  • addictions
  • violent behavior
  • nightmares
  • sudden anxiety
  • persistent negativity
  • difficulties in relationships
  • alienation
  • mood swings

These entities affect what we think, speak, do and feel. Sadly, a lot of attachment or possession is associated with mental illness. In that event, the host is medically treated for such. The victim knows something isn’t quite right inside but can’t find the source.

Hold a Light for the Dark

Altogether, the world is made up of spiritual energies. When we vibrate off of fear, hate, and shame, lower spiritual energies start to notice us. Is something haunting you?

It’s important to realize that we should transmute energies with love and light before releasing them to the universe. Also, it lowers the chance of negative energies floating around.

Darker Enchantment: Dark Night of the Soul

Lack of being prepared for a spiritual shift caused even more distress when I settled into a form of spiritual depression called dark night of the soul. This attempts to describe a period of spiritual emptiness where we feel totally out of synch with the divine.

Descriptive words can’t do the sensation of the dark night of the soul justice. Unless the emotions are felt through an actual experience, description doesn’t deliver the severity of loss of spirit.

We have lost the meaning of life. We are in a state of melancholy lacking all motivation for everything we perceive. The outside world impresses our appearance to depression, and we easily identify with the sensation of depression within.

While the dark night of the soul is as frightening and challenging as the name suggests, the experience reaps the most beneficial reward.

Forcing us to look behind our own identity and into our darkest fears and insecurities, the dark night is the map to get to the infinite light of our being.

As the saying goes, “When we experience the dark night, there is always a light day that follows.”

To anyone experiencing the dark night, I would say, congratulations! Life is about to change.

Introduced by St. John of the Cross

The term, Dark Night of the Soul was the main idea in a poem written by St. John of the Cross. St. John’s poem, The Dark Night, narrates his soul’s journey to a union with God.

St. John doesn’t highlight the difficulties of life in general but two necessary purges on the path to the divine. The first being a purgation of the sensory/sensitive part of the soul and the second of the spiritual part. St. John furthered documented about his personal experience with the dark night in a book series titled Ascent to Mount Carmel.

This term doesn’t belong to any certain religion and has evolved over a period of time to hold many meanings. Essentially, its a period of darkness that results in eventual spiritual growth because the destination to God is unknowable.

His poem’s thesis is the joyful rewards of being guided to God. Making the moral of the experience that our unknowable path of pain and fear leads to greater transformation.

The dark night of the soul is quite famous.

  • Van Morrison writes about the dark night of the soul in a number of his songs.
    • Tore Down a la Rimbaud on A Sense of Wonder and
    • Give Me My Rapture on Poetic Champions Compose
    • It’s also the inspiration for the title of the lead release of his 2019 album, Three Chords & the Truth
  • Stephen King makes a reference to the F. Scott Fitzgerald usage in his novel, Insomnia
    • referenced to in his short story, Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption
  • Spanish singer, Rosalía, released a single of a version of the poem Dark Night of the Soul
  • Canadian singer, Loreena McKennitt, sung the poem to music on her album, The Mask and Mirror
  • Composer Ola Gjeilo wrote a fourteen-minute long SATB choral setting accompanied by piano and string quartet of the English translation of the poem

Energy Update

Our current situation is extremely disappointing, we feel lost, and we have fallen into isolation. This is where we disconnect from life.

Our family and friends are concerned while watching us fall into this depression and share their thoughts with us.

At this point, we may not be aware that this isn’t a normal depressive state and spiritual transformation accompanies this process. We start believing that we have a psychological disruption, increasing the self asked question, “what is wrong with me?”

Many times there is a trigger responsible for the dark night.

  • a shocking or sudden death of a young spouse or child
  • a crisis shattering your meaning for life
  • losing our livelihood
  • sudden spiritual awakening

Any nature of events above can be foreshadowing a life-altering spiritual growth.

Is this Familiar?

The changed behaviors we experience during the dark night of the soul are easily mistaken for the psychological, biological, and neurological effects of depression.

  • deep sadness towards humanity as a whole
  • identity crisis
  • feeling emptiness
  • feeling betrayed by life
  • lacking interest
  • craving solitude
  • limiting beliefs towards worthiness
  • lacking passion towards anything anymore/”I don’t care” attitude
  • dying will power
  • experiencing an existential crisis
  • feelings of shame and non-deserving
  • experiencing an ego-death, a rebirth, and an identity change
  • nightmares and past life memories
  • feeling like we are on the wrong planet
  • sudden food intolerances
  • pain from past differences resurface
  • buried memories resurface
  • hot/cold energies with tingles move through our bodies

It’s not uncommon to have reoccurring visits from the dark night. Sometimes we have to do things over for specific reasons tailored to our own individual.

Embracing the phase we’re in allows us to learn the lesson needed in order to transform. Embracing the dark night seems like the opposite of where we want to be but this is necessary to pull us out of the emotions we are in.

We feel like we’ve been left in the dark.

Our Dark Night is Our Time to Shine

The pain we experience from the dark night will leave us asking, “why me?” as if we’ve done something wrong and this was delivered to us from the Lords of Karma. This pain often includes many lifetime’s worth of traumas and repressed emotions.

It’s difficult to understand that this experience is actually gifted to us from the universe so that we may be aware of our emotional blockages and address them to take appropriate measures for clearing them forevermore.

When we react with constant anger towards others our world will crumble. When we step into our divine truth of love and light, our world becomes fortunate.

Being aware of our spirit, our soul and our true self sends us help to demolish our old lives. Rejecting this change will result in the dark night of the soul.

Tower Moment

We are being shown what darkness is lingering inside of us. Our shattered soul needs attention to repairs.

We are also being shown that we’re not who we think we are. It reveals truths about ourselves that we don’t want to see and forces us to question our own nature.

The dark night of the soul wakes us up to the truth: we are divine spirits that are on a human experience. Now we are aware of the illusions of the world and our only option is to accept that we have a greater purpose in life than to play along with the lies we are conditioned with.

We now partner up with the divine and face our shadow self. Divinely guided, we clear our traumas.

The dark night of the soul is a wonderful teacher and we can ask specifically what we need to learn. When we give ourselves permission to feel the pain we can then release it and transform.

Egoist Reality

In our energetic reality, creating a proper evolutionary framework is confusing. Our ego identity is using any source to convince us that the ego and our identity are the same.

After our beliefs are challenged and our ego shattered, how could we not feel and lost on which way to go now?

Our frightened ego is reiterating to us to cling on to our old reality when we are moving into the state of non- attachment. This doesn’t just include material things, but every mental or emotional investment. Refusal to adapt to and release what is not serving us will keep us in limitation.

Identifying with our ego-self results in us becoming disconnected from our inner spirit.

Healing Modalities

All dark night experiences are unique to each so there isn’t a definite time frame of the process or rules of what should or should not be done. Keeping in mind that it is here because we need to heal to grow, we should not avoid it.

“The cure for the pain is the pain.”

– Rumi

Coping with the dark night of the soul is challenging. The best thing is to get out of our own way and instead show up for ourselves. Honoring the saying, misery loves company should be avoided and instead we should accept this transformation with gratitude.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a magick potion available to skip to the end and feel better. However, taking action in our own healing plan with some exercises can be beneficial.

The below list is in no way suggestions for “cures” for the dark night, simply to aid in alleviating symptoms.

  • avoid numbing the pain
  • speak to a spiritual coach, counselor, or a trusted friend
  • make space for what is asking to be acknowledged
  • support mental/emotional well-being with the natural healing properties of essential oils
  • raise vibration with sound therapy
  • use sound therapy benefits of healing, stress relief, and destroying negative beliefs
  • use healing crystals
  • color therapy
  • many different meditation practices
  • journaling
  • shadow work

Some don’t believe in holistic medicines and some don’t understand how it’s helpful. Some flat out think its nonsense and refuse to try. They are not necessarily wrong, and everyone has the prerogative of free will.

The fact is that some things simply do not work for some people but do for others. Or maybe we aren’t able to gather the resources needed for the suggestions above. Maybe skipping all of them and using a practice that better suited for someone is the deal.

The above suggestions are tried and true methods from my personal experience. In any event, when in regards to a journey within, having a closed mind is more damaging.

Be Honest

Navigating through the dark night of the soul will require honest introspection and acceptance. We are left with a new perspective of life, connecting to resources that help illuminate our forward path.

If we are truly open to change, we need to be completely honest with ourselves.

We will never leave where we are until we are honest with ourselves as to where we want to be. This decision is ours and ours alone. We have to do exactly what is best for us and our lives, not what’s best for anyone else.

Keep Courage

Healing inner wounds and adapting to life as our paradigm shifts is not easy. Unless we avoid the situation and pretend that it doesn’t exist, we have to face it head-on. Even by that practice, it will persist eventually.

Avoiding our shadow or the inner work chances an unexpected visit from our shadow in the future showing a more intense personality.

  • continuous lies to ourselves and others
  • self-loathing
  • random bursts of anger
  • obsessive behaviors
  • self-victimization
  • mental/emotional manipulation
  • addictions
  • suicidal tendencies
  • paranoia
  • depression
  • unhealthy sexual behaviors
  • unstable relationships

If we surrender and accept what we can’t change, we allow ourselves to release what no longer serves us. This makes room for high vibrational situations to come to us.

We may also learn things about ourselves we didn’t know. We heal buried traumas, we heal past karma, we heal emotional issues, and we physically feel lighter.

New Neurological Connections

At the turning point of our lives, we will feel emotionally unbalanced. Our soul is reaching out asking us to go deep within to reconnect. Spiritually we are being called to explore the essence of our soul.

Recapitulation will require revisiting past situations. Surfacing emotions can include shame, guilt or fear but during this time we release the energetic drain of our experiences.

This is a transformation. One day we notice our empowered self. We take responsibility for our lives and destroyed the victim-consciousness.

We become happier. We enjoy life more. We conquered our demons.

Love

Running from problems that should be fixed is never a good idea. Accepting, communicating, appreciating, and forgiveness all pave the way to love.

Often what we see depends on what we are looking for. Making a habit of finding something positive in every situation creates the energy for positive things to come.

Appreciating the present moment may surprise us with the realization that our great parts are often lined with little things, even in the dark. This, in turn, will motivate us to be on the lookout for the light of us moving forward.

Hello, Shadow Self

“The most dangerous psychological mistake is projection of the shadow onto others: this is the root of almost all conflicts.”

– Carl Jung

In an energetic reality that influence each other, our soul and mind exist in our consciousness. At any given time we are impacting the planet’s vibration and also shaping our soul and spirit. Our thoughts have a great impact on others, as well as directly impacting the quality of light and frequency that our consciousness directs.

Self-discovery holds hands with spiritual awakening. We start a journey to live more authentically and see positivity in all. However, silently we all possess thoughts, feelings, and fantasies that we are too embarrassed to let be known. We keep shameful experiences quiet and we don’t want to be labeled selfish, narcissistic, or intrusive to protect our self-image.

This is because social conditioning taught us that these aspects of our character are unacceptable.

Rejecting our dark parts doesn’t actually eliminate them, instead, they get stored in our unconscious. This side of our personality is known as our shadow self. As we pretend darker traits don’t exist we risk projecting them on others.

Are you ready to meet your shadow self?

Jungian Psychology

Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, and psychoanalyst founded analytical psychology. He influenced psychiatry, anthropology, archaeology, literature, philosophy, and religious studies.

Carl Jung refers to the shadow self as the unconscious aspect of our personality. Due to the majority of us rejecting undesirable parts of ourselves, our shadow side is labeled negative. However, we can also bury positive aspects.

Carl Jung teaches that our irrational shadow self is prone to psychological projection. This means when other’s display the unfavorable parts of us, we, in turn, show personal inferiority. We perceive our shadow as a moral deficiency in others because we haven’t claimed it in us yet.

Mrs. Shadow, Mr. Hyde

Carl Jung says when we hide our shadow self, it then has a free hand and can bring about some other situation characteristic of its power.

“Everyone carries a shadow,” Jung wrote, “and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. It may be (in part) one’s link to more primitive animal instincts, which are superseded during early childhood by the conscious mind.”

A great example of this is in Robert Louis Stevenson’s, Strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde which touches on the complexities of science and the duplicity of human nature.

Dr. Henry Jekyll has struggled to repress urges that were not society accepting most of his life. He tests the theory of man having two sides – good and evil, by developing a potion to separate the two in hopes of becoming liberated. By doing this he becomes Mr. Hyde, who is mysterious and violent. Over time, Mr. Hyde becomes more powerful.

Strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde demonstrates the duality of human nature in that by denying dark traits and forcing them to our unconscious mind, it can result in developing a Mr. Hyde type aspect to our character.

Shadow Work

“Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. If an inferiority is conscious, one always has a chance to correct it. Furthermore, it is constantly in contact with other interests, so that it is continually subjected to modifications. But if it is repressed and isolated from consciousness, it never gets corrected.“

– Carl Jung, Psychology and Religion

Positive thoughts emanate intensely bright colors of high-frequency light, sound waves, and shift within a spectrum of colors throughout the energy field. Spiritually strong people have a strong inner light built upon a foundation of a focused mind and heart. Shining our inner light for others to absorb around us, we are a shining influence on humanity.

We emit dense, dull colors of low vibrational light and sound waves with our negative thoughts. In a constant state of distorted vibration, we litter our energy field with negative spirits and can block ourselves from obtaining bright light.

We all have a shadow self even if we are unaware of it. Our shadow is where our deepest wounds live that influence our self-esteem. By taking inventory of what we discover we can acknowledge, accept and own all the pieces of us. This is a great thing when our shadow always seems to be in low vibrational situations and loses her temper.

If we allow ourselves to feel and acknowledge negative emotions, they quiet down inside us. Unchecked negative behaviors will build in anxiety or pain and eventually reaching maximum capacity. When this happens, our negativity has amplified to be projected onto others around us.

Once this negative connection is made, emotions can be carried out into even more destructive levels. The stronger negative thoughts become inside our subconscious, the greater the chance we will act out these destructive behaviors. It’s challenging to choose our reactions and have clarity in our own belief systems when we are in a high level of rage.

Shadow work is the process of exploring, acknowledging, and accepting all of us, including those shameful pieces. Our shadow teaches us what we are suppressing and why we sometimes express self-destructive behavior.

Through shadow work, we can make peace with past experiences and forgive ourselves for what’s done. We let go of ill feelings or grudges. We can learn to love ourselves more and love life.

Healing Practices

The purpose of doing shadow work is to find and heal wounds. When we do this type of healing work, we need to be prepared for the emotional outcome. The following sections are all great ways to alleviate any issue that we discover along our process.

Aromatherapy, meditation, sound therapy, and deep breathing all offer beneficial energy for us to use in times of healing. When we begin our relationship with our shadow on a positive note and clear thinking, we can navigate through the journey knowing divine energies are supporting us.

Ground & Center

When we’re ungrounded, our energy body will be very unstable. Our basic roots, financial stability, and connection to the material world are all related to our root chakra.

Regularly eating veggies or proteins, imaging our feet connecting roots into the earth, and being near or using water are ways to stay grounded.

To get our body ready to let the energy flow, we should take a deep inhalation through the nose, separating our arms while stretching one above our head with a flat palm, and stretch the other arm down, again flattening our hand. As long as it’s comfortable in this position, we can give our body a nice stretch.

Since attention is essential for learning, being centered should be the first step. When we are centered, our attention is increased.

The technique of centering is to focus on our energy, bringing it inward to our center. This gives us a sense of peace and stability. I like to close my eyes while doing this to concentrate more thoroughly. Inhaling through the nose if comfortable, and exhaling through the mouth.

  • Focus on slow, steady breathing while counting to four on the inhalation. On the exhale it will induce a relaxed state.
  • Visualize and focus the energy inward to our physical center of gravity, just below the navel, while still focusing on our breathing.
  • Visualize inhaling bright, positive energy and on the exhale, visualize releasing dark, negative energy.

This is a good technique to use for any time we feel stressed to help bring back balance and induce relaxation.

Using intuition to know when the exercise is complete, we can move on to perform our next activity with clearer thinking.

Write About It

As I adjusted to spiritual awakening my shadow made herself known. Every exchange headed to a malicious disagreement that actively eliminated the company I kept. I broke down finally and I listed every harsh word and action I’ve delivered. I started with the most shameful and held the heaviest guilt.

Dedicating a journal to our shadow self is a practical and organized way to get our feelings outside of our minds. This type of healing work is user-specific and the technique should be felt through intuition. Pulling out memories we chose to forget is beneficially healing, and just as uncomfortable as it sounds.

When we quiet down our minds while allowing ourselves to relive past painful memories it becomes easier to recall those details we have forgotten. Replaying the scene in our mind’s eye while documenting it creates a visual to focus on one specific event. Allowing ourselves to feel those painful feelings, we can accept what is, is, and releasing them, forevermore.

When writing our feelings we can let them just flow out of us, almost like automatic writing. List the emotions we are experiencing with any thoughts that suddenly appear. It’s ok if it doesn’t make sense because this is basically role call. Once they are on paper we can focus on something catching our attention.

Symbolic Release

Rituals have been a tradition in many cultures for many years for many things. Releasing painful or challenging events by ritual is something worth looking into. After releasing heavy energies we feel lighter, clean, and the whole experience is symbolic.

Fire is a powerful element having the ability to transform, transmute, and destroy.

A burning ceremony is becoming increasingly popular. Writing down our clear intention to release what is no longer serving us, we hand it over to the universe by burning our petition paper.

Water is another great way to release something. Using the same intention as above, we can throw our paper or symbolic representation of our intention into running water, or in a bowl of water until disintegrated, and then finally feeding it to nature by watering a tree or plant.

Candle Ceremony

A simple candle ceremony can include a black candle and something to represent what we’re releasing.

Start by grounding and casting a circle for protection if feel guided. Call in any supportive guides, or higher beings we’re connected with to join the circle.

Using a safety pin or something of the like to carve the candle with any symbols or words to support our thoughts of what we wish the candle to do. An example would be if it’s releasing the memories we can simply carve ‘Release’ on it.

Or releasing an emotion, we can carve the word of the emotion into the candle. We should start from the center carving upwards when using a taper candle.

Meditating on what no longer serves us for a few minutes before can anchor our intention stronger in our mind’s eye. We want the intention to be as clear as possible.

If desired, we can also jot our intention on a piece of paper for extra support of the release. Fold the intention paper and use the candle’s flame to ignite it. We should always have a fireproof container to drop it into nearby. I use my cauldron, but any fire resistant receptible will do.

Clearing Our Energy

Regularly eliminating unwanted or negative vibes from ourselves and our environment is a good practice. We can also remove negative energy from objects and other people.

The better we understand our own energy, the more we increase our intuition. Being free of other energies can help us make decisions that are for our greatest good.

When we feel joyful, happy, and inspired, we are in good vibrational energy. Feeling sad, angry, and stressed are lower vibrations, and that is letting us know it’s time to cleanse.

We can absorb energies and vibes from others which will affect our whole mood.

An energy ritual keeps us in control of our own vibe.

Aromatherapy

Diffusing essential oils is beneficial for us and our environment. Before deep emotional exercises, aromatherapy can ease us into relaxation and make it easier to keep a positive mind.

Diffusers are very home decor and add beauty to our space and set the scene.

While lavender is really popular, it is more a cultivating oil because it soothes and heals. It’s said that rosemary is great for energy clearing.

Please note that rosemary should not be used by pregnant women.

Incense comes in many forms these days and there are many scents to choose from. Long sticks, short sticks, cones, or resin, anyway we burn incense it instantly transforms our area.

Incense burners are beautiful visuals added to every room. I have shamelessly added one to every room in my home.

Sound Therapy

Tibetan singing bowls have many purposes, including stress reduction and pain relief.

Its claimed that the vibrations of a singing bowl can produce beneficial changes in our body by reducing stress, and balancing out our body’s energy system.

Tibetan singing bowls can also stimulate the immune system and produce beneficial changes in brain waves.

Knowing all the Pieces of Us

Exploring the deep insights that can be drawn from our personal introspection holds a pure observation of our external existence. Exercising mental practices can help grow a strong inner core and spiritual foundation when we develop observer consciousness.

It’s said that the truth is what sets us free, as difficult as it may be. We cannot reject the very nature of what and who we are as spiritual beings and must recognize that we are sharing this earth which means sharing our love and light and all we project into this world.

We need to integrate all of our true selves and bring it back into balance. Hopefully, we will be able to help heal the true heart of humanity.

Highbrations!

Growth by Self-Discovery

Spirituality is explored in our own way on a personal quest and is collective in spirit. We see spirituality as synonymous with searching for meaning and direction in life. Spiritual awakening is what takes place once we realize that life is divinely inspired and we notice our own personally connected spiritual experiences. This is where we decide on emancipation from the illusions we are conditioned with and we discover our true self.

Now that we identified our desire for spiritual development, what do we do next? We find our paramount reason for being by incorporating personal growth and transformation.

Finding Who We Are

Finding oneself has different stages. Essentially, this is where we attempt to determine how we feel about spiritual subjects, and how we feel within, rather than following the opinions of family, friends, or peer pressure to be socially accepted.

Spiritual awakening is our transition to new levels of awareness, sometimes referred to as self-realization. When we don’t have a strong sense of ourself it’s easy to be influenced to live life the way others think we should. There are a few big definitions of self-realization. It’s generally defined by the activation of one’s full potential. Ultimately, self-realization is discovering the answer to the foundational question, “Who am I?”

Discovering ourselves is the challenge of a lifetime. To answer the question, “Who am I?” we have to learn to listen to our own thoughts but first find our own thoughts. Taking a look back at our life journey thus far, we need to evaluate what we would eliminate for the future.

This includes the company we keep who are no longer vibrating on our level and the mindless activities that don’t serve our greatest good. Maybe we desire a change in our job by asking for the raise we know we deserve or changing the job completely to something meaningful. We need to expose more of our thoughts in our relationships despite the possibility of offending others.

When answering the question “Who am I?” we need to understand our desires and have the courage to move fearlessly in that direction.

Process of Discovering Ourself

A fundamental component of personal growth is self-discovery. Self-discovery is a process wherein we examine who we are by reviewing our thoughts, words, actions, and character as a whole. We learn about our individual personality, our beliefs, and our natural preferences. Our goal is to uncover our true potential and our purpose in this life. This knowledge will enable us to thrive in all situations and experiences to come.

It will take some time to discover who we are. When we are dedicated to going through a series of activities and exercises for self-discovery, we are making a positive choice for ourselves that will be worth the work.

This form of personal analysis allows us to align with who we wish to be.

Becoming Aware of Ourself

Do we actually know why we have certain behaviors? The idea behind our decisions? Our worth for ourselves and the people around us?

An essential skill for anyone interested in authentic personal development is self-awareness. Self-awareness sets the foundation for emotional intelligence and mature adulthood. We grow and transform through this process.

Self-awareness is truly a skill to develop. When we begin to learn something new, at first it may be difficult. Being discouraged from the discomfort, we tend to avoid even trying a new skill. This is why most of us never develop self-awareness.

Awareness is knowing what’s going on around us but self-awareness is knowing what’s going on within us. This isn’t just knowing ourself, it’s gaining the ability to understand our thought process. We can have insight into our emotions, our principles, and our motives and answer the question of why. By knowing this we are then able to change our emotions and actions or reactions in certain situations.

Reflecting on Ourself

We develop self-awareness through self-reflection. During solitude in a quiet environment, we can clearly analyze ourselves. Our bed, a comfortable chair, a bath or even a peaceful place like our garden is ideal for questions and answers. Documenting our answers in a journal is a simple and organized way for self-reflection exercises.

The questions we ask can be regarding a specific event to certain thoughts or reactions we’ve had or just in general regarding traits. Some questions may be easy to answer and some will be more difficult.

  • Why do I act this way?
  • Why do I think this way?
  • Why do I like this person?
  • Why do I want to be accepted by this person?

The questions to follow should be ‘what’ ‘where’ and ‘who’. More specifically, what could we have done differently? Where do I really want to be in life? Who inspires me? Once something we would like to change is identified, ask how we are going to make this a reality.

Be aware that we can reverse the benefits of self-reflection by overthinking. Our mental well-being is at risk when we dwell on one thought cycling through our mind without an apparent solution. If we are stuck on a train of thought, we should declare it’s time to stop or enforce a time limit before starting the exercise.

Body Scan Meditation

“Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.”

– Buddha

Meditation is when the mind concentrates on one single point. The original tradition of Vedic, recommends different methods of both physical and psychic. This is for the total absorption of the mind. Our mind is constantly full of thoughts, feelings, and impressions, and just impossible to be empty. We can find a focus point to hold our stare or we can close our eyes completely.

Keeping our spine straight, arms and legs uncrossed (unless in the lotus position) all we have to do now is breathe. Inhale for 1, hold, exhale for 2, inhale for 3, hold, exhale for 4, and etc.

With a total body scan mediation, we do the breathing exercise as before, but we gradually expand our awareness to encompass our body and environment around us. Starting with the way our toes feel in our socks or connected to the ground, and moving up to our scalp. Relaxing every muscle on the way up as we note the sensations we feel, this type of mindful meditation connects and aligns us in tune with our body and spirit.

Meditation is a great way for us to bring clear thoughts and go within. While meditating, our mind is quiet and we can be more open to hearing and receiving answers from higher energy sources.

Mediation is basically hanging out with our soul.

Start from the Center

Dream Journal

The unconscious holds messages speaking to us through symbols and dreams. Everyday chatter makes signals hard to be heard. Unconscious messages appear to us in our dreams in a form of coded symbols. Becoming more open to these messages by recording our dreams will familiarize us with the workings of our minds. Keeping a notebook by our bed to write down our dreams upon waking allows us to decipher our unconscious mind over time.

This opens an easier dialogue between the conscious and unconscious mind.

Using Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy has become increasingly popular, and for good reason. The benefits of using aromatherapy include alleviating anxiety and stress and improving mood.

Creating ambiance before self-awareness exercises can ease our mind into relaxation and make it easier to concentrate and easier to keep a positive mind.

Flowers produce soothing essential oils that promote loving senses. Floral scents like ylang-ylang, chamomile, jasmine, rose, basil, and lavender are relaxing and help us voice unexpressed thoughts.

Healing Crystals

When trying to stabilize our mood to prepare for an inward journey, healing crystals can be beneficial. Working with crystals can relax our process by emitting energies rid stress and promote calmness. Crystals can raise our vibration aligning a greater connection to our higher self and spirit. They can clear negative energy and create harmony in our environment.

An abundant different kinds of crystals exist, all with different properties.

Pinterest is an excellent, smart way of finding and learning all about crystals. If you’re not on Pinterest yet, you’re missing out.

Empower and Improve

Admitting and accepting who we are and our limitations help us better ourselves. Once our weaknesses are identified, we can expand and grow. We may discover that our words or actions actually go against who we wish to be and form a solid foundation on what we consider to be important to us.

When we are aware, we are living in the here and now. This is one of the greatest qualities of our spiritual life. Self-discovery puts us more in tune with our mind, body, and spirit. During this transformation, we develop self-worth, confidence, and empowerment.

The self-discovery journey is different than any experience we’ve had. It’s exciting to gain clarity on who we are and it’s a continuous learning process.

Without self-discovery, we pass on the opportunity for fundamentally understanding who we are and what we want to achieve in life.

Hibrations!

Welcome to Your Awakening

The energetic levels of cosmic flux are being highlighted right now so that more of us will spiritually awaken. Anyone of us can be triggered by this phenomenon but it’s common after we experience an intense or life-altering event. What we feel like emotionally, mentally, and physically when we embrace this change and strengthen our relationship with the divine is difficult to describe. There isn’t a time frame or schedule set and we all have free will and unique upbringings. Those of us that have had a sudden change of heart about all areas of life go through several similar events but the sensation is ours to know. So what happens during an awakening? A lot of things!

At this point, we may be aware of the spiritual aspect and have started questioning the meaning of existence. Life has changed drastically in recent generations and the certainty of stability for our future has gone. We aren’t expected to marry, live, and die where we were born like our great grandparents. Feeling lost, alone, and disconnected from the world are common to feel during the earlier stages of spiritual awakening.

We’ll find ourselves with a sudden desire to change career paths, volunteer our time, or join a church to fill the void of something missing within. Our life purpose is the solution to the confusion we’re experiencing. We need to get our chaotic, messy life in order – right now.

We crave to be alone. I am highly social and extroverted, but my desire to be alone is still in full force. Processing emotions around the company is a challenge when our mind is imitating a super 8 film projector that’s slipped off the reel. The highs and lows we go through while we question the blueprint of our being requires focus. We often disconnect from dead relationships and weed out the congestion in our lives.

What’s the Purpose of an Awakening?

But why do we do this anyway? Lacking direction, motivation, support, or clarity that’s needed to help get through life’s challenges makes us stuck. To avoid wasting what we have to offer the world, we are given an opportunity to change the emptiness inside and discover our true selves. Despite whatever may trigger the process of awakening, our soul is ready to undergo a process of transformation.

We might not have otherwise received insights or answers to life situations without awakening. Resolving deep personal questions about ourselves and the human experience is how we advance to the next level of enlightenment. This is why so often this journey is described as a painful event. The truths about ourselves and the world can be harsh but ultimately we uncover the source of how our pain was created and the avenues needed to release them from our emotional bodies. We heal ourselves and expand our conscious intelligence by remembering the unconscious.

Temporary Personal Changes

When we are ready to buckle down on our spirituality for a better understanding of ourselves, we experience temporary changes in our personalities. There are signs that can clue us in that we have begun our transformation. These phases can be odd and confusing, making us and our loved ones question our mental and emotional health.

Fluctuating Moods

There’s a great mess of terrible confusion while we uncover the actual truth about life. To be blunt – what we were taught is false. Maybe we reflect on situations knowing we didn’t behave authentically for the sake of being socially accepted. Or maybe we feel disgusted realizing that all of society is fake and we have lived life this way.

Becoming less tolerant of certain characteristics of people and distancing ourselves from lower energies is inevitable. But it’s common to slip back into old patterns of thinking. Sometimes we have a strong connection to the universe and sometimes our connection seems shaky.

Feeling like we received an answer to a question that we didn’t know we asked or a sudden new perspective on an event can shift our mood. Deep buried emotions surface for healing, and remembering them can be like a fresh wound. Working to release outdated programming is emotional as we confront dull aspects of ourselves. Lashing out at the nearest receiver of our rage will in turn make us feel guilty and ashamed.

The mass amount of the feelings we will experience, no matter how positive or negative, cause fluctuation from happy, sad, angry, or dramatic. Hopefully, it becomes clear that harboring negative feelings clogs us from receiving love. There are techniques available to help release these traumatic events so we can make peace with our past.

Erratic Sleeping Patterns + Energy Burst/Drain

Sometimes we feel sluggish after a full night’s rest and have to take a nap. But the next night getting less sleep than normal suffices. We go through episodes of energy shifts, where one day we feel like we are running on fast forward to extreme fatigue.

A random burst of energy with elevated emotions are signs of an energy download. When we move beyond intellect level thoughts, we are aligned with higher consciousness. This can be achieved through meditation or practicing mindfulness, and we can absorb information this way. A heightened state of awareness allows us to receive “downloads” of information.

Energy downloads can give us the clarity we need in our souls. We can find ourselves being on higher levels of psychic abilities. Our energy levels can be elevated to the point that lights flicker around us, radios sound like static, and our cellular devices or vehicle batteries drain.

Time Perception

The concept of how we view time changes. Time doesn’t feel like it has structure anymore as our consciousness slips into a more present mindset. It seems that time is passing slower or time is accelerating with hours passing without us noticing. This can be because the changes in our lives are growing and we are learning a great deal in a short amount of time.

Sensory Changes

An awakening can affect our sensors temporarily. For a couple of months, I noticed my eyesight improved so much that I wasn’t wearing my contacts. Blurry vision, more vivid colors, a shimmering field around objects in our peripheral vision are all possible. We become more sensitive to the energies around us.

The solar system is relocating to the center of the galaxy, emitting ascension energy onto earth to carry out the ascension shift vibration. During this time it’s more possible than ever to align with higher vibrations, even hearing this frequency. Our innate power in the physical form is more in tune after awakening to higher dimensions. Physic senses open for more awareness beyond physical senses. White noise, electronic patterns, beeping, and ringing in our ears are quite common and signify a DNA upgrade.

Enhanced smell and taste can be both unpleasant and enjoyable. With an increased sense of taste, we can detect some additives in our food or the sweet taste of our favorite desserts can be doubled. Smells can become stronger making them more unpleasant to be around certain fragrances. These can become so strong they make us nauseous.

Physical Ailments

Being ungrounded and overloaded with energy will keep us dizzy. Headache, lower back & shoulder pain, and limb tingles are sensations often reported. Muscle spasms and increased heartbeat can occur with fluctuation of body temperature.

The transformation process can produce rashes, acne, or hives. This is most common while working through emotional issues that bring toxins to the surface.

Tuning into our Spiritual Gifts

Usually, when a spiritual awakening happens, our spiritual gifts open. Gifts surface when we’re ready to stand fully in our light shamelessly.

Energy Sensitive

Being energy sensitive is the gift of evoking positive change into the world. Learning to control and manage energy can make great things happen. We can empathize with the company we keep by reading their energy. Energy sensitive people can become great teachers, healers, and leaders.

Channeling

Some people are gifted with the talent of tapping into the higher dimensional realms. We can channel messages from angels, ascended masters, spirits, entities, or our higher self collectives. There are different forms of channeling by automatic writing, creating art/sculptures/paintings or the clairs:

  • Clairvoyance: seeing the information our guides or spirits are presenting to us.
  • Claircognizance: just knowing information or answers we ask.
  • Clairaudience: clear inner hearing of songs or messages from spirits.
  • Clairsentience: feeling intuitive messages through emotions or sensations.
  • Clairgustance: intuitive messages through tasting something suddenly in our mouth.
  • Clairalience: communication through scents present suddenly with no explanation.

Trust

“there is a voice that doesn’t use words. listen”

– rumi

Putting our trust in the universe/God/energy source or whatever divinity we believe in, is the best way to rise higher. Consuming life with fear of what the future will bring is inhibiting what can happen. Imagining what we don’t want is negative visualization because we create our reality in the present.

Embracing the uncertainty of what the universe will bring us in the future leaves the possibilities open. Trusting the right people, lessons, and circumstances will come at the right time is encouraging to reach inner peace.

We already trust in the universe more than we acknowledge. We trust that we are alive right now and that we will naturally take our next breath and we will naturally keep our hearts pumping. We trust that the earth is going to continue to be just where it needs to be for the safety of humanity.

Inner Peace

Inner peace is being mentally and spiritually at peace with the knowledge to keep strong when facing difficulties or danger. Inner harmony and balance allow us to be in charge of our own emotional intelligence and control our reactions in external conditions.

Anxiety, stress, and fears are eliminated after reaching inner peace. We remove negativity and unhappiness and become healthier. We accept our life as it is and reach the state of passivity with an open heart and spiritual outlook.

Notice the Extraordinary Happening

Our lives change when our soul awakens and we gain clarity. This transformation starts within and will begin to reflect out while bringing new meaning to our life. We gain confidence, courage, trust, and live in truth. Our actions, thoughts, and speech become nonviolent and we inspire others.

Opening to our innate truth of higher dimensional awareness and divine love is felt within, not externally. When our soul awakens, we shine our light. Becoming the truest version of ourselves is a sacred and manageable journey.

High Vibrations!

Accidentally Enchanted

When we vibrate at the same frequency as the universe, the world around us becomes enchanted, we become enchanted…we come to understand that we are all magickal beings. Own that shit.

Getting straight to the point, there is a process of spiritual awakening happening on earth right now. Awakening is the beginning of expanded consciousness. As our minds are now open, we shift into life with meaning and purpose as we discover the otherworldly, uncover truths, learn our earth mission, and realize that mother earth, the universe, and our bodies are more powerful than we were allowed to believe. The moment we change our perception, we re-write the chemistry in our bodies. We literally redesign our DNA.

Many of us choose to become spiritual, starting with soul work framing the road to enlightenment. Soul work is a journey inward, exploring the depths of our soul and deciding what is truly valuable to us and what is the ego. It’s learning who we are versus who we want to be.

We can sort this out about ourselves by a multitude of avenues. Investing in self development books or classes seem to be popular. The amount of information available to us on the internet is the most affordable option. We should remain cautious though because not every spiritual or psychotherapy teaching available is fashioned for our best interest. However, the amount of of information available to us on the internet is a blessing in that we can explore many opinions and experiences of the spiritual awakening process and learn stages that we didn’t know existed. The amount of information we can access isn’t restrained to an individual opinion.

We can soul search through meditation, journaling, counseling or employing a spiritual coach. In discovering and handling the deep inner voids of my soul, the best method was through shadow work. During shadow work some have had to discontinue their spiritual practice because it can exasperate anxiety, put stress on our emotions and can flirt with depression. For others and myself, shadow work is fulling as it allows us to release burdens we aren’t aware we are carrying and it open us up to receiving resources for expanded growth.

Not all of us wake on purpose though. Spontaneous awakenings can arrive in a number of ways but is usually because of some sort of traumatic event. Anything that causes disruption in the comfort zone of our personal reality like being diagnosed terminally ill, fear of our old age, experiencing a near death accident, losing a loved one, or divorce are just a few triggers for an awakening, as it lets us know that we can’t continue living the way we are.

This will be the death of the old identity and the birth of the new consciousness.

We Have a Soul Team

Some may notice this change going on in their hearts and some may notice changing in awareness by the way they view life. The universe is asking us to show more love – which is essential to our very well being – and shift our priorities to better respect all things living. Instead of being focused on our own self gratification, we can shift the way we relate to others for the future of humanity.

Before we incarnate on earth we decide our name, our parents, our time & place of birth. We lay out what lessons we want to learn and who’s going to help us. We create soul contracts with certain people who are challenging to help us grow and remember who we are. These are people from our spirituality team and soulmates. As we incarnate on earth we pass through a veil of forgetfulness upon conception. We forget our true identities which is why we absorb social conditioning.

Our soul team divinely guide us toward becoming our true self and living the most fulfilling life. This is our higher self, spirit guides, angels and passed loved ones. They never impose on our free will though. Through our intuition we can communicate with them. Through our own personal power, we will always attract the lessons needed. Our spirit guides will direct people and resources to us that are essential for further knowledge and growth.

As like attracts like, we are now on different wave lengths, probably less common with our friends and family. Let’s be reasonable and understand that a lot of people simply do not know what an awakening is. Therefore most take a great disinterest in ours. We can point them in the direction of material to read with best wishes but when people aren’t vibrating the same, it’s hard to make what we are saying actually be heard.

Sometimes its necessary to cut ties and sever relationships that no longer serve us. This doesn’t mean we have to become enemies, we can still send love and light from a distance. When we grow spiritually, we raise our vibrations, therefore we will naturally attract more loving, enlightened beings into our lives.

During a Paradigm Shift, We May Notice…

We examine who we used to be and what we used to do. We notice just how messed up the world can be. Feeling compassion for the suffering of humans and animals is a part of the awakening process. We experience an urge to lead by example and positively impact the world around us. It feels great to give, volunteer, or be of service to others. Once awakened we feel more at peace and create bliss and euphoria.

The desire to spend time in nature, improving relationships and connecting with others are signs of expanded consciousness. Growing a garden, plants, flowers or herbs seem to come easier as they respond to our nurturing more than ever. Wild animals become less afraid of our presence. Maybe some carry messages from the divine. Our interests evolve as our need to grow spiritually and align with our life’s purpose shift. Everything we experience feels more pleasurable due to our newly heightened senses.

Getting to this point can help us realize that there is more to existence than to be the material characters that is society-accepting. Killing our bodies from the stress of a job we don’t like, getting married and having a set number of children with a white picket fence seems so mundane all of the sudden. Although we feel as if we’re having an identity crisis while on the verge of insanity, we shed the truth of the physical reality and eventually reach mental clarity.

Enchanting Shadows

There are some not so bright parts. When we begin to awaken, layers will be shed. We go through extreme polarity of emotions that seem to be out of our control. We may experience rage, spiritual depression/dark night of the soul, anxiety and fear. We need to allow these things to exit our systems. This is our illusion self – ego, is being shed through ego death, so our true self, spirit, can thrive. Having a spiritual awakening isn’t something to fear, although some of us had to rule out schizophrenia for our families.

Since a paradigm is a framework with unwritten rules that directs actions, when it shifts, an important way of thinking or doing something changes. This can result in our emotions holding an all day pass on the tallest, loopiest roller coaster in the park. As my world became confusing, I started living in a perpetual state of fear, it became more difficult for the people around me. Chaos touched my life and all of my relationships when I didn’t receive the memo of my paradigm shift.

To feel confusion about what is truth and real disconnects and isolates us from reality and our immediate company. Deep sadness can form when we no longer relate to others or even understand ourselves. We can start to believe our entire existence is a fabrication. Sudden waves of emotion where we feel angry, sad, inexplicably depressed and then switch to very happy is common during awakening and is usually our body releasing emotions that no longer match our frequencies.

This process can be felt physically by a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the middle of our chest around our heart chakra. It’s best to feel these emotions when they rise and then release them. Practicing acknowledging these feelings and releasing them through a process known as shadow work can be freeing. If we avoid these feelings they will stay clinging to our cellular memory which can block us from many things subconsciously.

Enchanting Vibrations

There is a shining excitement buried in this chaotic shift. The magick of the universe is revealed. The universe, our spirit guides and angels are always communicating with us through numbers, coins, feathers, and synchronicities. These are gifts that grab our attention and remind us to stay positively aligned with the life we want. We all affect the world at any given time by the vibration we put out. Our thoughts invoke feelings which lead to certain actions. The best thing we can do for ourself is to have high vibration frequencies in the here and now. The simple truth is that the future is not completely predetermined. The choices we make in the present moment with our thoughts and feelings play a significant role in what our lives are like right now. Ultimately, our true work in life is to constantly raise our vibrational frequency because like attracts like. Spiritual alignment and manifesting work together. Tuning our own frequency to match our desires is the key. We have that power!

Higher Enchantments

The human soul desires a connection with the spirit world. The stronger we create the spiritual connection, the more powerful our manifesting abilities will be. We become more open to communication with spirit and angels. We are now able to channel the frequency that allows us to become receptive to download information from spirit guides and the divine source. We experience an increase in our intuitive abilities, clairvoyance, outer body experiences and other psychic phenomena.

Our imagination will become more powerful than our thought process making our consciousness shift to where manifestation is the strongest it’s ever been. Our intentions and beliefs fuel our actions into form, creating our own reality and we begin to notice our thoughts have power.

We can trick our subconscious mind into believing that our desire has already manifested by acting “as if”. Changing our mindset will heighten the frequency we emit into the universe and we can help this by setting strong intentions, affirmations, visualizations and scripting using a manifesting journal. Trust that everything is going to be ok and detach from the outcome. Releasing all control and remaining open to possibilities allow things to process easily.

Synchronicities

Meaningful coincidences that occur without a casual relationship yet seem to be meaningfully related are known as synchronicities. They happen when our higher selves or the universe attempt to grab our attention. This can happen in the form of animals, numbers, deja vu, or someone saying something to us that was recently brought to our attention.

Synchronicity is choreographed by a great pervasive intelligence that lies at the heart of nature and is manifest in each of us through intuitive knowledge.

Our cells and astral bodies are synchronized with the universe and we become synchronized with our magickal powers. When we match the vibration of love, we are sending love out into the universe. This means we are going to get more of it right back. The more we acknowledge these synch’s the more they will appear to us as messages letting us know if we are on the right track or not.

Accepting Your Enchantments

It’s truly mind blowing to learn anything about enlightenment and is extremely important to keep an open mind. It’s perfectly ok to not believe the same way or same thing as another, but when we dismiss information due to different belief systems, we miss out on great knowledge or benefits. The whole class of awakened spirits aren’t wrong or lying. Not having an understanding to a subject can influence people to disbelieve their very own experiences.

The universe will never give you anything you can’t handle. We might be frightened in the beginning, especially with the feeling of uncertainty or simply unaware of what’s happening, but we shouldn’t become petrified of it.

The conditioning we are taught growing up could subconsciously block the ability to accept our awakening is real and cause the rejection. Maybe underlying limiting beliefs that we are unworthy of having a good life are handed down to us. At any point you feel you are too overwhelmed or you simply don’t feel comfortable with any of this, there are many online sites and blogs that can ease your apprehension or talking to a spiritual counselor can benefit.

Although a spontaneous awakening is confusing for us as well as everyone around us, it is extremely exciting and an honor. Self care is number one priority which means seeking guidance may be necessary. Solitude may be necessary. We should do what we need to do to take care of us first to clear congested thoughts for our new magickal life.

Highbrations!
