How to Really Set an Intention

Lotus flower and a girl in a yoga pose. White overlay - How to really set an intention.

Most likely everyone has heard that intention is everything and the importance of setting a clear intention. But how do you actually set an intention?

*This post contains Amazon and other affiliate links. If guided, read the disclosure.*

“Only when you release your intentions into the fertile depths of your consciousness can they grow and flourish.” – Deepak Chopra

A Clear Intention

Intention is when you’re absolutely clear about what you want to create in life. It’s how you experience every moment.

However, some people confuse an intention with a goal. Goal setting is something you do for a manifesting. An intention is more about your purpose for doing something.

Intention – 1. what one intends to do or bring about. 2. a determination to act a certain way. ~ Merriam Webster

Intend to bring yourself into alignment with your desired outcome.

One of the main reasons we can’t manifest is because we’re out of alignment with what we want. We need to be on the same high vibration level to move towards it.

So, how do you do that? Consciously set your mindset to feel a certain way while you shift into alignment.

For example – I want to manifest a new job. Every morning I set a clear intention to be motivated and excited about job searching. This raises my vibration and brings me into alignment with opportunities.

“I intend to find a new job” is too vague. “I intend to feel excited about how it will feel to find my dream job” keeps you focused and reminds you why you’re taking the steps.

Intentions Should Be

  • for the highest good of all
  • true to you
  • positive
  • short

How to Set an Intention

First and foremost, clear your energy and raise your vibration. There are a number of ways you can do this.

Keep in mind that all of the above can be a quick way to get grounded and centered. This will prepare you to set a clear intention with a positive tone.

Nothing has to be a ceremonial ritual. Quickly cleanse the room with a smoke bath by smudging or incense. Light candles or use oils to set the ambience.

Get focused with meditation, yoga, or taking a walk. Alternatively, get grounded in the shower or speak to your healing crystals.

Do whatever it is that you feel comfortable doing that will clear your mind and put you in a positive mood. Take as little or as long as you need.

Setting an intention from a high vibrational state is more powerful. This is because you’re positive and like attracts like.

Finally, release your intention out into the universe.

Speaking Your Intention

Essentially, how you release your intention is up to you.

You can simply think it, say it out loud, or write it down.

Inscribe your intention into a candle and burn it. Program crystals with your intention and make a crystal grid or carry them on your person.

Whichever way you feel comfortable doing it is the right way!

Journaling

My favorite way to set an intention is by writing it down. Actually, I consider journaling much more than just writing it down.

For me, journaling is a way to communicate with the universe on a soul level.

Firstly, when you’re writing something down its silent and private. There’s no need to be embarrassed or hold back your absolute true thoughts and feelings.

This allows you to really dig deep and acknowledge your shadow side and release shameful thoughts. It’s very therapeutic.

I keep so many different journals for different areas of my life.

Take Action

Now that you clearly set an intention and released it into the universe, it’s time to take action.

Obviously, taking action is going to look different for everyone. It depends on what your intention is.

Example – If your goal is to lose 15 pounds in a month, set an intention to diet and exercise. Now, take action by consciously making time for a daily walk.

Even a small action feels good and will keep you motivated. This shows the universe you’re putting in the work for what you want.

How do you set intentions? Tell me in the comments below!

High Vibrations!

Tried Moon Milk?

Anyone interested in wellness and holistic practices have run across pictures of the pretty nighttime drink, moon milk. Moon Milk is rooted in an Ayurvedic pseudoscience tradition. It’s commonly made with milk, herbs, spices, and dried flowers. The milk provides sleep-inducing amino acids as it soothes you before bed. Why should you try Moon Milk? Because it’s delicious and a natural remedy for a host of things!

*This post contains Amazon and other affiliate links. If guided, read the full disclosure.*

What is Moon Milk?

Old school parents offer a glass of warm milk when their children can’t sleep. This remedy went through an upgrade called Moon Milk.

Read The Magick of Moon Milk.

Moon Milk is fiber and protein rich and full of nutrients. It’s said that drinking a warm glass of milk before bed can regulated hormones, relieve stress, and strengthen the immune system.

About Moon Milk Ingredients

Milk

Cow’s milk is often used but can be substituted with dairy-free, plant-based milk.

  • Cow’s milk is the traditional moon milk and will give you a creamy flavor.
  • Almond milk gives a nutty flavor.
  • Coconut milk gives a creamy flavor.
  • Cashew milk

Ayurveda practice teaches to boil cow’s milk first to help with digestion.

Adaptogens

We load up on caffeine during the day and rely on sedatives to wind down. This wreaks havoc on the body. Anyone serious about a self-care routine should check out the benefits of adaptogenic herbs.

Adaptogens are powerful herbal medicines that have many uses and advantages. They give the biggest benefits by being modulators. This means they regulate our systems to achieve the balance we need.

Adaptogens work on the endocrine system, which balances hormones. They decrease the cumulative effects of stress on the mind and body and in turn, we cope better with hectic schedules.

Basically, these group of plants will help the body adapt to stress and other ailments.

Adaptogens have been used for centuries and are heavily researched. They are currently used in evidence-based medicine.

Overall, adaptogenic herbs provide these benefits:

  • stabilizes mood
  • reduces anxiety
  • improves sleep
  • boost immune system
  • boost stamina
  • supports the liver
  • reduces sugar cravings
  • supports muscle tone
  • balances blood sugar
  • contains antioxidants that protect us from free radical damage.

Adaptogens are commonly added to moon milk to provide all

Ashwagandha

Popular in the wellness realm is Ashwagandha, or Indian ginseng. It’s used for a variety of ailments ranging from stress and anxiety to diabetes. It’s the primary adaptogen in moon milk.

Because Ashwagandha regulates cortisol rhythms, it promotes calmness. It also supports a healthy nervous system.

In Ayurveda, Ashwagandha is known to promote longevity, happiness, and vitality. It’s a popular tonic to improve memory and support hormonal function.

Surprisingly, ashwagandha can help you with abundant energy and a peaceful sleep.

It adapts to your body’s needs.

Still not convinced? Read 5 Ashwagandha Studies You Should Know.

*Caution* Ashwagandha is a strong substance and isn’t recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Sweeteners

Honey

The benefits of honey are crazy amazing.

Read Hale & Hearty Honey.

To truly take advantage of all the magic honey has to offer, you should try local, raw honey.

Healthy Fat

Healthy fat is the saturated kind.

  • coconut oil
  • avocado oil
  • ghee
  • olive oil
  • organic grass-fed butter

Read how these good fats support the body and brain.

Now, let’s address the cons of moon milk ingredients. There’s honestly only a couple for me.

Firstly, the ingredients can be confusing. Keeping track of the many different properties of herbs and adaptogens is too much for some people.

Also, the price of just one ingredient may be over your budget. However, keep in mind that all ingredients can be used to create so many other things.

The versatility of everything listed is worth it in the end. And believe me, you won’t stop at just preparing moon milk!

Get Creative

Certainly, this potion is malleable.

Get witchy with it and use the meaning of the key ingredients when concocting your recipe. For example, almonds promote fertile ground for change and new goals.  Almond milk can be your preferred milk. Therefore, its the base for your intention of change.

Additionally, its fun to add it to ritual like divination. Drink it to promote more clarity or even use it as your scrying mirror. In like manner, read the settled flowers at the bottom of your mug.

Get extra with your spiritual baths and enjoy a cup while you soak.

Purple Pretty Drink in a clear mug with frothed milk on top and rose petals.

How to Make Moon Milk

Above all, your recipe can be a simple concoction of milk and honey or a variety of herbs, spices, flowers, and fruit. Sometimes seeds and nuts are also added.

Choose your ingredients:

  • Dairy milk or non-dairy, plant-based milk – Almond, Oat, or Coconut
  • Adaptogens – Ashwagandha, Maca, or Reishi
  • Collagen Petites – Improves the health of hair, skin, nails, joints, and tendons
  • Sweeteners – Maple Syrup, Raw Honey, Agave Nectar, or Coconut Nectar
  • Healthy Fats – Coconut Oil or Ghee‘
  • Herbs or Culinary Flowers – Chamomile, Lavender, or Rose
  • Spices – Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, or Tumeric

Follow this base but modify it to your unique preference.

  1. Combine 1 1/2 cups of milk with 1 teaspoon of each ingredient in a pot.
  2. Heat on medium.
  3. Strain (optional) into a mug.
  4. Froth 1/4 cup of sweetened milk and top your moon milk if desired.
  5. Top with additional herbs, flowers, or spices.

Want to enjoy your milk chilled? Simply skip the heat and pour over ice!

Make yours as creatively gorgeous as you like!

Tip – Oat Milk has natural melatonin which promotes relaxation. It also contains Tryptophan, a sleep supporting amino acid.

Full Moon Milk Recipe

Just like the full moon raises the tides, it gives us heightened emotions and intuition. It enhances what we are.

The moon’s influence on human life really is amazing.

Spiritual people like to work with the heightened energy and perform a ritual during the full moon. This can be done by writing out and releasing what no longer serves you, taking a spiritual moon bath, or simply nourishing yourself with moon milk.

Rituals are just a series of actions and don’t have to include witchery! So, don’t be put off by the idea if you have other beliefs.

Honor the Moon with your Ingredients!

Using butterfly pea flower allows us to manipulate the color of the milk. I like to steep the petals longer to achieve a sapphire color. It reminds me of the bailage ring that shines around the full moon.

OR we’ll contribute to the blue color with blueberries. They are a water element, and the moon controls the ocean.

  1. In a small saucepan bring a little over 1/4 cup of water to a simmer.
  2. Sit it aside to steep butterfly pea flower tea. I use a glass tea pot. Alternatively, you can add the botanicals straight to the water in a saucepan and strain or use a tea infuser.
  3. If you’re using the blueberries, add blueberries and honey to a small saucepan. Smash. Cook on low until berries soften and become squishy. Press through a fine mesh sieve. Reserve the liquid and discard the pulp.
  4. Heat the milk up on low heat with the blueberry liquid, more honey (optional), and ashwagandha. Whisk until warm.
  5. Pour into a mug (I use a clear mug to take in all the pretty colors)
  6. Pour in the butterfly pea flower tea
  7. Froth 1/4 cup of milk or cream and add to the top
  8. Sprinkle cardamon and garnish with flower petals

Why Moon Milk?

So, why moon milk? For one thing, we eat and drink with our eyes first. This pretty beverage is hard to pass up.

I love how creating different recipes allows me to experiment with different herbs. If you’re looking for a good way to incorporate healing herbs into your diet, here ya go!

Truly, the full moon is the time of culmination of self-care. Self-care is an important part of a spiritual practice.

Even if just creating a nighttime ritual helps you associate moon milk with winding down, you’ve succeeded!

Magical Crafting

Salt lamp and pink salt in a bowl with black text overlay - Magical Crafting

Spell crafting is customizing your own unique spell. This can be done by combining other spells together or putting a spin on an existing one. I’m a fan of turning ordinary items into magical tools. In this post, I’ll give you a couple of ideas for magical crafting.

*This post may contain Amazon and other affiliate links. If guided, read the disclosure.*

Magical Crafting

Making your own magical tools is a way to infuse the tool with your own personal energy and power.

When you use your tool, imagine a beam of light coming from you and into the object. Foundationally, this is your own energy.

Magical Materials

First, think about what you’d like to use your tools for. Is it specifically for a money spell, a love spell, or a specific intention?

Research the different magical qualities of materials. Gather materials that support your intention. Even if you’re not using them on your tools, you can have them around you to soak up the energy.

Tip: Personal items that hold meaning will add power.

Of course, what you use is up to you. I like to use copper because it represents love, abundance, and health.

Magical Crafting Using Healing Crystals

Read Why You Should Use Healing Crystals.

Of course, healing crystals have magical properties! Make a crystal grid or arrange them around your area if you’re not physically using them in your craft.

Here’s a brief of my favorite crystals:

  • Selenite – cleansing, spiritual connection, clarity, power.
  • Clear Quartz – cleansing, protection, versatile intentions.
  • Smoky Quartz – cleansing, banishing, protection.
  • Rose Quartz – love, healing, heart chakra work.
  • Amethyst – cleansing, purifying, spiritual gifts.
  • Hematite – grounding, banishing.
  • Jade – luck, prosperity, balancing.
  • Sodalite – positivity, clarity, grounding.

Read Caring for your Crystals.

Crafting an Intention

If you’re not on board with the word “spell” that’s fine. Essentially, an intention, a spell, and a wish are all the same. It’s just a matter of how you put it out into the universe.

I’m a spiritual walker and I practice magick. Therefore, I like to combine spiritual teaching and spell crafting. For example, the teachings of Archangel Michael.

Rainbow Healing Light Magical Craft

Read Angelic Rainbow of Light.

It’s common for masters and angels to gather in large groups and unite their energies for the purpose of healing.

Through intention, they create a rainbow of light. The light extends like a rainbow in an arch shape to the person or intention. You can request for one to be sent to any situation or purpose.

Because of this, the wooden rainbow craft is a perfect visual for this request.

Materials Needed

Wood Rainbow craft sitting beside paints.

First and foremost, prepare your space!

Here is a checklist guide on preparing your environment before a magical ritual. You can instantly download it here. No catch, no subscribing, just a freebie.

Start by taking a craft pen of some sort and writing out your intention on the rainbow rays. Following the standard Angelic Rainbow of Healing Light request, say to yourself or out loud,

“I request healing for, situation, person, animal, myself, to bring forth the outcome of ______.

I invite a Master or Archangel and 100 beings of light to send and ground powerful healing energy, light, consciousness, or creator quality. Thank you.”

Of course, you can shorten your intention to a few keywords to fit your craft.

For example, if your intention is for someone to forgive you, write their name and “forgive me”. For physical healing of some sort, write “heal covid” or whatever it may be.

Next, paint your rainbow and decorate it with stickers and jewels.

Painted Rainbow Craft

Finally, imagine the whole event playing out in your mind. Display it on your altar or in your sacred space.

Bubble Wand Magical Craft

Who doesn’t love blowing bubbles? Utilize that sensation in your craft! This form of air magick is fun and simple to construct.

Use a giant bubble wand as the conduit for magic. All you need to do is simply decorate the wand reflecting your intention!

Materials Needed

After preparing your space, enrich the wand with your intention. Draw sigils or symbols to infuse the energy of what you’re trying to do.

Add essential oil to your wand that supports your intention.

Accessorize the wand as little or as much as guided. Use your own discernment to know when it’s energized.

To use your bubble magic, think and feel your intention and blow it into the bubble. Watch it be released to the universe as it pops.

I like to use it as a releasing ritual.

I exhaled everything that no longer serves me into the bubbles and watched the universe transmute it. This is a great way to breathe out fear and limiting beliefs.

Try this form of spell crafting during a releasing and cleansing ritual.

You could also use it while invoking Archangel Michael’s bubble shield of protection.

Do You Craft Magical Tools?

What kind of magic do you craft? Let me know in the comments below.

Happy Crafting!

Pretty Drinks

Wooden Cup with a yellow pretty drink.

Who hasn’t had their news feed flooded with colorful drinks lately? I admit that I am a huge fan. I enjoy seeing them, making them, and drinking them. But some are full of sugar and calories, so health-conscious people steer clear of them. Of course, you can still enjoy them. I’ll show you how to tailor your pretty drinks to fit a spiritual diet.

* This post may contain Amazon and other affiliate links. If guided, read the full disclosure. *

What is a Spiritual Diet?

To be clear, a spiritual diet doesn’t mean you have to cut out sugar!

A spiritual diet just means to keep yourself as clear of debris that interfere with being the best version of you.

This includes anything you ingest – drink, food, and the things you feed your mind.

Read What Is a Spiritual Diet?

Pretty Drinks

What is a pretty drink? Most might think of colorful Starbucks drinks. But, don’t forget about moon milk, lattes, and more!

I’m obsessed with all of the above.

You can create and re-create any drink at home and cut excess sugar and calories.

Starbucks Drinks

While I love the convenience of a Starbucks drive thru, I do not love excess sugar and price tags!

Recently, I discovered that Starbucks has a “secret menu”. I seem to make it my mission to try them all.

Finally, the $10 price tag on my last visit brought me back to reality.

Starbucks refreshers are healthier than most other Starbucks drinks. To make them even healthier at home, just lower the amount of syrup or sugar, or use Stevia to sweeten.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll most definitely visit Starbucks again. But I want to be mindful and frugal. It’s a lifestyle change.

Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

Such a pretty and healthy drink!

Butterfly Pea Flower has an impressive quality when responding to acid.

Add lemon juice and watch the color change from a deep blue to magenta!

Drink it hot or cold, and even make lattes and moon milk!

Pretty Moon Milk Drinks

Brown mug on a black counter. The mug has a pretty drink of green color with milk frothed on top.

I am in love with moon milk for many reasons. It’s spiritual, healthy, and gorgeous.

Read The Magick of Moon Milk.

Pretty Lattes

Purple Pretty Drink in a clear mug with frothed milk on top and rose petals.

Essentially, a latte is coffee with milk. However, you can make a latte with tea too!

Just add brewed tea, milk, and sweetener.

Pretty Smoothies

Light purple and dark purple latte's sitting beside each other in clear mugs with handles.

The reason I drink so many smoothies may be because I love to look at them.

It’s true that smoothies are a different kind of pretty drink. They’re practically a meal replacement.

The fact remains that you can seriously dress up this drink. With all the different fruit combinations, your smoothie can deliver the maximum pretty.

What do you think about Pretty Drinks?

To sum up, you can always enjoy a pretty drink!

There are so many options to partake in. Even if you’re on a no sugar diet, a spiritual diet, or no diet!

Therefore, get creative and design an artful cup of pretty drink!

Do you make pretty drinks at home? Tell me in the comments below!

Love & Blessings!

Vitamin D The God Vitamin

The sun shining through clouds with a black over text - Vitamin D, The God Vitamin

There wouldn’t be life on earth without the electromagnetic radiation of the sun. Our sun supplies the life-giving heat and light necessary to sustain life. But are there other benefits from the sun that go beyond vitamin D?

*This post may contain Amazon and other affiliate links. If guided, read the disclosure.*

The Sun’s Reputation

People labored outside in the sun all day up until the 1900’s. They went without sunscreen not knowing that the sun’s rays can be harmful.

Since pollution has gradually damaged the ozone layer it’s not as thick as it used to be. This allows ultraviolet radiation from the sun to reach the earth.

Since we discovered the harmful side effects from the sun’s rays that’s all we emphasize. We try to protect ourselves so much that we forgot the many benefits derived from sun exposure.

Remember that the sun’s rays are safe and beneficial during morning hours until 10 am and after 3 pm. A light sun bath at least 15 minutes a day a few times a week are sufficient.

Also, the rays aren’t as strong in the winter so exposure can be longer.

Vitamin D is called the Sunshine Vitamin

When skin is exposed to sunlight, it makes vitamin D from cholesterol. The UVB rays provide the energy for vitamin D synthesis to occur.

That’s the reason vitamin D is called the sunshine vitamin.

Vitamin D is essential for optimal health and plays many roles in the body.

Aside from tanned skin, the most common benefit people seek from the sun is vitamin D. However, there are more reasons to sunbathe.

More Reasons to Sunbathe

When the sun hits your skin, you increase serotonin. Serotonin influences your mood. This is why when you’re in the sun you feel good.

It’s good for all around mental health.

It decreases melatonin. Darkness stimulates melatonin to help you sleep. So, the sun wakes you up.

The sun supports the immune system and is great for wound healing.

Vitamin D, the God Vitamin

It’s true that the sun conveys its life-giving force through its rays. That’s why in ancient times the sun was considered to be God and given the name Ra.

However, there’s something we don’t see, and most aren’t aware of.

There is a central sun above and beyond our visible sun. It’s of a much higher dimensional frequency, and therefore, it’s not visible via any means available to humans at this time.

This sun is the home of the God parents of our solar system. These great spheres of God light are cool, comfortable, and more glorious than we could imagine.

Its where all the magnificent facets where the creator resides. It’s their duty to radiate the primal life force substance and the full spectrum Metatronic light out into all the solar systems and planets wherein.

The Sun Supplies more than We’re Aware

Some of us can have even greater benefits from the sun.

Those of us that are firmly on the path of ascension are capable of drawing particles of creator light towards us. We can anchor and sharing this light with the world.

We’re now able to absorb more powerful essence from the sun’s rays. This is called the full spectrum Metatronic Light.

We are synching up with what’s altered in us. We’re starting to come into a more refined uplifted field.

So, go bathe in the God vitamin that’s healing, transformational, and enlightening!

Love & Blessings!

Why You Need a Copper Cup

Copper cups stacked on top of each other with text overlay in copper color - why you should drink water from a copper vessel.

Maybe you already own a copper cup but are unaware of the benefits. Do you know how healthy it is to use your copper vessels for more than Moscol Mule recipes? Let this post tell you why you need a copper cup.

*This post contains Amazon and other affiliate links. If guided, read the full disclosure here.*

Why Drink from a Pure Copper Cup?

Did you know that recyclable plastic water bottles are believed to be a health risk? This is because chemicals emit from the bottles that might cause diseases.

Nothing harmful leaks into your drinking water out of a copper cup. However, a healthy dose of copper does!

Solid copper vessels have been used for centuries because its structure isolates the cool of the drink and the heat of your hands. They cool down immediately when liquid hits the bottom.

Is a Copper Cup Safe?

Consumption of high levels of copper can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and headache. High levels of copper in drinking water will taste bitter or metallic.

Most Moscow Mule mugs are lined with other material that eliminates copper toxicity.

However, even with an unlined mug, copper poisoning is only possible if there is a great amount of copper exposure to the body.

But be aware that high copper intakes might lead to copper toxicity over time.

Because of this, it’s suggested to limit your copper water intake to a couple cups per day.

Health Benefits

Water stored in a copper vessel will turn alkaline. Drinking it cools down the body.

When you drink from a pure copper bottle, you’ll experience amazing health benefits!

Look what it does to the body:

  • kills harmful bacteria like E. coli
  • is anti-inflammatory
  • helps the digestive system perform
  • slows down aging
  • helps hypertension
  • alleviates arthritis pain and inflamed joints
  • speeds up and boost weight loss
  • regulates blood pressure
  • aids with hypertension
  • stimulates the brain
  • helps maintain cardiovascular health

Ayurveda Recommendation

The Ayurveda tradition recommends storing water overnight in a copper jug and drinking it in the morning for good health. The water stored this way is called ‘Tamra Jal‘.

This practice will balance all three doshas – Kapha, Vata, and Pitta.

What’s more, people even use copper watering jugs to water their plants!

The conductivity for using copper to grow plants has benefits. Studies have shown the plants grow faster and seem healthier.

Why You need a Copper Cup

Are you ready to improve your health and help the planet?

If you keep water in a metal or copper vessel versus a plastic bottle, the very nature of the water will change.

It energizes the water and changes the molecular structure. The behavior of the water within you will change.

This is the material that is making your life wellness. How you treat it is important.

Wishing you Good Health & Blessings!

Fear Ruins Your Best Life

woman with her mouth taped shut and her pointer finger over her mouth.

Are you living your best life? Sure, you might be happy, healthy, and successful, but is there anything about your life you would change? Maybe something that fear has stopped you from achieving? Without a doubt, fear ruins your best life. And you might be racking up negative karma for allowing it to happen.

*This post contains affiliate links. If guided, read the full disclosure.*

The Illusion of Fear

People get trapped in low vibrations by holding on to limiting beliefs, past traumas, and judgments.

We all have trauma from life experiences. What we do about it defines our soul growth. Holding on to it keeps the low-vibe cycle going. Forgiving and releasing trauma will raise your vibration.

So many people are too scared to move on from trauma. Sometimes it’s easier to stay stuck and too scary to step into sovereignty. Likewise, people are afraid to face their problems, so nothing ever changes.

For example, if someone in your past hurt you it could be hard to forgive them. Begin to recognize that hurt people, hurt people.

If you understand that people pass on trauma that they learned you can change your perspective.

Healing begins when you release it, so it has no control over your feelings or actions.

Fear is How Others Control You

You can’t live your best life if you’re a people pleaser!

Taking back your personal power is the only way you can truly live your best life. This means that every decision in your life is 100% what you want. What someone else wants can’t dictate your life.

So, if you are sacrificing your own happiness because you’re afraid someone will be upset, then they have control over you.

In fact, this happens in many different ways:

  • playing a sport because your dad did
  • going to the college your parents want you to
  • choosing a career to follow in your family’s footsteps
  • breaking up with someone because your friends don’t approve
  • letting people disrespect you to avoid conflict

The above circumstances betray who you are. You can’t allow fear to sacrifice your own happiness. Anyone who will be mad at you for doing what makes you happy isn’t worth having a relationship with.

Don’t waste your time on earth doing what other people want you to do. Stop letting fear limit your experiences.

Consequently, you’re racking up negative karma for giving away your power.

The Law of Resistance

This Universal Law says that what we resist we draw to us, and its influence on life.

Resistance is fear so it has to be karmically resolved.

The law of resistance insist that we let go of fear by encountering it. Then, deal with it by learning conscious detachment.

For example, if you consciously detach from the negativity or conflict someone is giving you then the problem will resolve. If you’re not affected by this problem, then it’s no longer a problem.

Bravely going forth and living your own truth is what we all came here to do.

We chose to incarnate upon the manifest plane to rise above fear.

Learn how to cut energetic cords with toxic people.

Fear Ruins Your Best Life

Not everyone is going to like what you do, say, or think. It’s part of our mission to remember to love ourselves first. We didn’t come here to people please. We came to do our inner work with a puzzle piece no one else has. It’s time we all honor that.

We’re being asked to observe the fear that’s emerging that keeps us from moving forward to the next level of enlightenment. Each level has its own test, trials, and pitfalls. Many of us hinder our own progress because we can’t let go of deep core energy patterns.

You can NOT progress until you break free from the bonds of fear.

Your soul is asking you to jump into the river of your own passion. It’s time to awaken your heart felt desires.

Now is the time to change your narrative to exactly what you want.

Therefore, consider taking that leap of faith and doing what scares you anyway!

Commit to Joy!
